Every time order delays
I have had a very disappointing experience with this service. My order was originally supposed to be delivered on 25 June, but the delivery date was changed to 27 June. Today is 3 July, and I still have not received my package.
What makes the experience even worse is that there has been no response from customer care despite my attempts to contact them. The lack of communication and repeated delays are unacceptable.
This has been a very poor experience, and I will not be placing any orders with this App again.

Issue with Tracking service and look of the application
Overall it is okay but the major problem is the tracking service. It always show invalid date when you click on track parcel. Also ideally the homepage of an application should be the store page where you can shop from, but instead it is home where most things are not relevant. You should create a separate page for parent help and the home page should contain the products and offer information on top.

Not worth it better apps available
There was error with the dates I mentioned, after multiple tries, escalating it to the support team no resolution given. If there is one wrong data entry you can edit it no matter you delete the app, re login or try another login id, the glitch comes back to your one wrong record. Sad part team did nothing to resolve till date.

More than worst
I bought diapers from them on 23 October 2025
They have not delivered it yet and the delivery date keeps updating to the next week everyday. I communicate with the customer service to seek the exact date of delivery they simply manipulate
I feel like this company is an on screen company fraud/scam. So suggest not to buy or try to buy cash on delivery! Don’t go by seeing their reviews on website I feel thank God haven’t purchase more on their website just done with 500 bugs loss have a very bad buying experience.

Never do prepaid order n fake customer service and scam
They are really making fool to customers. I made prepaid order 12 days ago which haven’t delivered yet due to logistics issue but same kind of order I made it 5 days ago but this time it’s cod and they delivered on time. I tried so many times for refund or delivery time but they keep promising soon but it’s not happening. Please don’t make it prepaid order. If they don’t resolve this in next 7 days then I’ll move to customer court for this harassment

App crashing just after opening the app.
The recent update introduced a bug where right after opening the app, it crashes. I am not able to use the app anymore.

Disappointing Experience with Mylo Diaper - Beware of Quality Control Issues
I'm extremely disappointed with Mylo Diaper, and I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase. My first order was satisfactory, with good quality diapers that met my expectations.
However, my second order was a completely different story. The diapers were of extremely poor quality, which was shocking considering my positive experience the first time around.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer care to request a replacement, I was met with a dismissive attitude. They simply told me that nothing could be done and that I should either use the defective diapers or throw them away!
This kind of response from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It's clear that Mylo Diaper is not committed to maintaining consistent quality standards, and their customer care team is not equipped to handle legitimate complaints.
Unless Mylo Diaper takes steps to address these issues, I would not recommend their products to anyone.

Amazing! Had purchased a 3 in 1 baby gear but it was damaged and my son wasn’t comfortable in it since the material was different from what it shows in the video uploaded..I could easily return the product and we got our money back too.

Not delivering product on time
Worst app ever…I had faced delivery issues from my last two orders not delivering product on time..I had ordered diapers from Mylo app and they are not delivering the product. The product was out of delivery on 5th July but at night they said delivery was unsuccessful so I requested them to redeliver the product. So the product was again out of delivery on 6th July and the delivery man called me to receive product from location which is very far from delivery address so I requested him to deliver at my address but he said he will deliver product tomorrow but again one more day is passed still no delivery no call from delivery man… such an irresponsible behaviour. Don’t buy anything from this app

Not delivered on time
I have been buying the diapers from the past two months and I haven’t face this kind of issue before, not delivering on time , not answering for the questions asked, i was able to collect from the ekart but Mylo is not giving the details, they been asking for waiting 48,24,12 hours and still not delivering, this was very bad situation, i have been following up with them for past 4 days! They are not resolving this. Their customer service is only till 7 they said they will contact after 7 also but i have been messaging them no reply! Quied very bad experience! Regret to order from them!!

Best go to app to buy baby and mom products
I’ve stopped using so called branded products like pampers and Huggies. Size M , S are deceiving in these big brands and the prices go higher as the size increases . Would urge new parents to buy mylo diapers as they are soft and rashes are very minimum.
Also their feeding dresses are worth every penny . They are comfortable to be worn in any season .

Giving 1 star for user community but 5 stars for the app. This app is undoubtedly very helpful for expecting moms on tips, advices and suggestions. But what disgusts me the most about this app is the user community, especially when you open mamasutra. There are perverts trying to talk absolute nonsense, the content has to be moderated. It’s good to speak to other women going through what we are, but it’s sad to see some bad people asking personal information. Be aware and do not share any personal information!

Product quality is worst
I have ordered a maternity bra set of three for rupees 520/- but I received a worst quality bras, as I complained about the product for return and refund, they picked the parcel, and it is been -6-7 days but no money is refunded still. Customer support is also repeating the same answer for 6-7 days that you will get the refund link in 2-3 business days so many times.. still no money is back.
