Not working at all
Have not been able to connect to network for months now
Never works
I have not been able to use this app for weeks. I have even tried deleting it and redownloading it. I open the app and it just spins i can’t even log in I have to use the regular website even on my phone
Is this a joke?
Just delete the whole thing and start over. High schoolers can make a better app than this. Can’t even log in to the library and session keeps expiring. Even the actual website is trash and sends you to the app that does not work. Good to see my tuition is going to use!

My app just constantly loads and then says failure to load. Worked fine before this. Since the update it has become unusable, which is a shame because it was helpful keeping track of my class emails before.
I do not recommend LU.
I do not recommend liberty university. This is a school obsessed with tuition money and doesn't care about the well-being of the students.
One of the worse apps ever
Constantly has errors, never seems to be able to open up and constantly has trouble connecting. All of my other apps work just fine. Needs a lot of work
Easy Navigation
Super easy to see all that is needed and necessary, also good for pending tasks that you might’ve forgot about, regardless, Praise God
Blocks Kaltura - An LU Requirement
App still has bugs. Lots can be fixed. I’ve contacted LU help desk but received no solution for Kaltura. The video player within Canvas uses this media player but it’s blocked and can’t play in this app or within Canvas. Why does LU keep using it?

Literally the worst app. Never works right
Sign-in interface is rough
If you use the app in conjunction with the Canvas app and need to sign in, you end up in an endless loop of the apps going back and forth to one another. Trying to sign in through a browser redirects you to the app. You have to delete the apps to do work on a mobile platform.

Cannot connect
After working for an entire year the app randomly began to constantly fail to connect to the internet. Now the app is stuck in either perpetual loading or just says that it cannot connect.

As a former Liberty University online student, I have always found Liberty University's technical support staff and IT tools available for enrolled students to be very helpful towards pursuing and achieving one's academic goals, calling in life and helps meet one's desire to serve the LORD and grow closer to Him. Something wrong?
Is there something wrong with the app? I’ve always loved it and never had a problem with it but now neither one of my kids can login. It just keeps loading and loading and loading and nothing ever happens.
Just Use Chrome
Unfortunately, this app is basically just a bad browser, and not a good one. It’s difficult to navigate to the edges of pages. Just use your favorite mobile browser instead.
I just had to sign in and sign out 5 times in order to check my email. I have not encountered anymore problems except with email. Every now and then email will work on the first try. But, on average, it usually takes several times of logging in, clicking email, blank screen, logging out, logging in, etc. Other than this problem, it’s great.
