все лагает, плохо работает, телефон не видит, смс не приходит
Worst provider ever
Nothing good can be said about the company. Their internet often breaks down, they do not reply on the phone and can simply hang up on you at any moment. We got their super thin home internet cable broken and they can’t come and fix it for over 2 weeks, refusing to refund the mobile internet expenses that I’m having due to their poor work. Nonsense. Worst service and hardware I’ve seen.

Verification Not Working, Support Not Helpful
Identity verification does not work in this app. I contacted the call center and received no real help — they just told me to use the website instead. This is not acceptable support. If the app can’t perform basic functions and the team doesn’t fix it, there’s no value in using it.

In roaming? Don’t forget to enable it in app, otherwise it doesn’t work.
You have problem and contact support? After some basic scripted responses, they just close the chat. Problem is not solved, you said it explicitly to these “specialists “.

Worst service ever!
So frustrating
Please fire the designer or developer who did this to the login form. Biggest mobile operator in Georgia has login form and forget password form like worst ever. Don’t you guys use normal services in your day live? Look how they implement everything and COPY. Make a note in what format you expect phone numbers, add helpers, you understand that there’s no need to make your clients suffer for no reason , right?
