Great app
This is a GREAT APP because I’m a mcps student that can check emails or stuff like that but people say you can’t see your kids grade, OK, but like first of all this app is not for that and second of all to check your grades is called MY MCPS PORTAL but yeah this is a great app

I tried hundreds of times trying to log in to my account to check my grades without pulling up the website a million times. This is worst.
My main issue is that I couldn’t even log in.

This app is a huge fail.
The app is impossible to edit. I don’t always have time to call the school to make changes to my account, such as address, email address, preferences, etc. the task of viewing grades for my kids classes requires too many steps. I really hate it.

Not only does it look like it was made in 2010, the UI is clunky at best. The only thing students will realistically use it for, checking grades, requires 4 taps to see (and the first 2 don’t make any sense).
Additionally, they haven’t even updated it to any modern screen size.
This app is a disgrace. If MCPS couldn’t afford to make and maintain anything good, they should’ve just asked a student. Anyone in the MBHS magnet could’ve done better.

Terrible!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Last year as my first year at MCPS coming from DC and I was looking for an app to help me keep up with the schools as well as my daughter’s progress. I must say I should have read the reviews first. This app is terrible. Signing up was easy but I haven’t and still can’t see my daughters progress, it just shows her grade and teacher, I know that information already. I don’t get any notifications at all I have to physically open the app only to see all my notifications. I tried updating my contact info but the app just closes out and then when open the app again there’s a notifications saying the school has to change my contact info🙄 This is just ridiculous all around. If there is a better app than this one I will gladly download it ASAP

Horrible app
Will not log me in with login ID and password which works on desktop. Keeps saying invalid ID or password. Deleted app and redownloaded multiple times. Sent email to support center and no response a day later. All around poor experience. I need app access not desktop.

This app takes forever to update the grades, logs me out occasionally, and it’s shown me the wrong grades before.
Can’t Log In
Frustrating as it keeps saying my password is incorrect on this app. I have no trouble with logging in on my laptop/website using the same password so obviously its a technical glitch that should be easy enough to fix, so basically usable to check student info.
Doesn’t work
This app has not worked for me in the last two years. I can log in from my Mac or PC with the same credentials and it works fine but if I use those same credentials on the app it says my information is incorrect. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and it still does not work. It doesn’t work for my daughter either. Very frustrating.
