Can’t sign in
Says my info is wrong but I know it’s not

3 days retrying to create an account and 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service and nobody can get me in. How many times do they have to recreate the portal/app before it works correctly?

Doesn’t send emails like it’s supposed to to set up your account, will ALWAYS tell you that your password is incorrect or gives you an error when trying to sign in. The only effective way I can sign in is by using forgot password and changing it, then it automatically signs me in. But once I try to use that password again it will always tell me it’s wrong. I’m literally using password keychain so there’s absolutely no way it’s incorrect

App is terrible
