Most useful app. List of prescriptions and doctors and we store all surgeries under Notes. Easily shared with doctors and can print or email as well
My Password is not working
Is there any way to retrieve my data, such as resetting my password? This app was my most complete set of all my medical info.
Unable to reset password
I’ve used (& enjoyed) this app for years. But now I can’t reset my password and it seems as if the product is no longer available or supported. If I’m wrong please provide a response, or add to your web page!
Too much work to use it
You have to fill out an emergency contact and all your personal information and your insurance before you can even see what the app looks like or use it. What a waste of time. Why would I sit here and fill all this out just to see if I even like your app when I can just download a different a different app and use it in seconds? In today’s world where we don’t have time or attention to even track our medication you think we’re gonna fill that out to use a free app? Just doesn’t really make sense does it? I’d rather pay for one if I need to.
