The app is so archaic, it’s ridiculous. Doesn’t work 50% of the time. I’m the salon owner and can barely schedule appointments on my own. The salon software is nice, robust but, the app is laughable. Feels like one of the oldest apps ever made.

This app must be the worst ever created. It does absolutely nothing.Except frustrate you to your last nerve. Don’t waste your time or energy trying it. If you have Meevo in your salon just use your browser to get to the things you need to use. If I could give it a zero star I certainly would.

How can a booking software system not have a more thorough and supportive app in 2025? It does the barest of bare minimum and nothing else. Expected more and am very disappointed now that the business is stuck with this program for a whole year.

The woodhouse spa has decided it hates its service providers and is taking us back to software that wouldn’t have passed as acceptable in the 1990s. This app is USELESS. Have your developers ever seen a booking app? Go explore vagaro pro and booker. That’s what it should be like. You should be embarrassed, devs. Hang your heads in shame.
