Awesome app including and putting local businesses forward as opposed to just who pays or the largest guy. Super easy to order and it’s nice to unlock a reward unlike Doordash.
Faulty
Almost every time I use it, there is some sort of issue. Usually it is that the restaurant did not receive the order. I continue to use it because I hate the price gouging that goes on with the other apps, however it is faulty.

I love how easy and convenient this app is. I live in a small town and so most of the restaurants in my town do not support this app but I definitely use the restaurants on the app and it’s my favorite!

We were looking for a place to eat good food in Eugene and found the little food cart area. It was great to order food right from our table using MyMenuHelper and have it delivered, keeping space for everyone!

Love that more of the money is seen by the restaurants as opposed to DoorDash or GrubHub! Also better notification system.

They charge .99c for a convenience fee, which isn’t bad but it would be nice if they would be more transparent and tell ppl that. Out last order even though I was charged and it said it was sent, when we got to the restaurant, they had not received it. So we had to wait.

App feels like it is ten years out of date
Unintuitive, I had to re-enter my order twice after navigating around. Does not use Apple Pay which means, yep, you have to dig out a credit card and manually enter your credit card information, which is annoying and insecure. App feels like it’s ten years out of date.

With the pandemic, I love ordering for pick up. A new, fabulous restaurant in town, Ramen Alley, uses this for ordering. It is straight forward, and notifies the restaurant when I am near. Please, please have more restaurants use this!!
Quick & efficient
I’ve used the service several times and find it to be quick and efficient. It’s nice to know that the local restaurants make more than with the nationwide apps. I also like that they use a local taxi service for delivery. Support local!

This is a great app - I love that it is supporting local businesses instead of gouging them. The deliveries have been very safe as well. I had to quarantine before my surgical procedure, and the delivery people were awesome at leaving the food where I asked, walking away, and looking back to wave & make sure I got my order.
One thing to watch for: if the delivery time is about 30 minutes, that time starts when you START your order. If you’re like me, it can take a while to complete my order. The delivery clock was ticking away, which made it inaccurate. Just know how long your order might take. 😉
