I still see ads I can’t change the quality of streaming or downloading, when I try to take out the ad the page to advertise the premium comes up
Lost over 2000+ songs because of an update!!! It deleted my whole “favorites” playlist
I lost over 2000 songs because of the last update and I haven’t used this app much since I can’t even put into words how p!ssed I am my main playlist which was “favorites” was deleted gone after the update I can’t remember all those songs 🤨 I’ve had this account for at least 15 years they ruined the whole app for me after that now I can’t get ts back thanks alot!!!!! 😤🤬

When I click on the app it won’t even let me login it just keeps restarting over.

The ads kill the experience
I can listen to music no problem but the consistent ads that don’t allow you to close them are annoying. I have to close the app and reload. Please resolve.

i had this app for like 3 to 4 years and had a nice playlist.then one day everything was gone like wth

So first all my playlist gets deleted and then I try adding songs into three different playlist and two of them gets deleted, are you guys good? Disaster
Besides the app going down weeks on and b4 they realize and fix it …after the newest update it gave me my old playlist from 3 years ago…so I lost EVERYTHING and don’t have any of my original music…this app is as bad as it can get and it’s sad how they hit the bottom of the barrel
