Especially the calendar
App sucks because it doesn’t give access to Vialto when there is a problem.
This app is useless if the tax returns from Vialto are not correct. No way to remedy or contact Vialto.
Taking too long
After all the questions and forms can’t tell if questionnaire is complete or not. Need to provide contact information.

App hasn’t been tested and just crashes when opening
No in app messages
The app does not permit in the app messaging and automatically opens email app when in the support centre. Once email is sent, I receive auto reply that message needs to be sent in the app for security reasons. So I have no way of contacting Vialto team.
Pretty awful app for a company that can afford to do much better
As an Experience Design executive, I can hardly imagine how a company with the global reach of Vialto can justify producing such a uniformly awful user experience. I strongly suggest they review both their digital product strategy and their design team’s abilities, provided they even have a design team. If they don’t have top-quality designers, then that should be their first priority. I wouldn’t use this product, but it’s the only option available as a Vialto client. The poor experience tarnishes their brand, and it’s making me question whether I should be doing business with a different firm.
