This app is not at all useable on a phone. It is as if the design team skipped the testing phase. Avoid this app if you don’t enjoy frustration. Trying to zoom in causes the side menu bar to expand over the work space. Form don’t load in the center of the screen. You might be thinking “just slide the form over”, as one logically would. Let me save you some time… you can’t move the form or the page. Oh you need to fill out a text box? Go ahead, but don’t plan on uploading the information. And yes, you might be thinking “just slide the form over”… you have already read the answer to that statement.

App sucks because it doesn’t give access to Vialto when there is a problem.
This app is useless if the tax returns from Vialto are not correct. No way to remedy or contact Vialto.
Taking too long
After all the questions and forms can’t tell if questionnaire is complete or not. Need to provide contact information.
