Never buy this watch.
I am extremely frustrated with my Moochies watch and app. After paying good money for a product that was supposed to keep my child safe, it has now become completely useless.
• The watch stopped working properly and won’t even power on anymore.
• The Moochies app has been down and unusable, with no customer support available.
• The company going into liquidation has left customers with no help, no refunds, and devices that are nothing more than junk.
This is unacceptable. Parents like me bought these watches in good faith, and we deserve accountability. I want other families to know not to waste their money on Moochies😭.

Annoying
I bought this watch for my daughters birthday and I could link her account but after a couple months later it keep saying error something went wrong. Pls help but I am very annoyed and I feel so sorry for my daughter that was crying because she thought it was going to be so cool😩
Useless
Useless, you pay for the monthly subscription but the watch will not link! Emailed helpline at moochies as this is only way of support! No phone or other way and they just don’t reply! Emailed again and still nothing! No response at all after weeks! Would not recommend anyone buy this watch!

I wanted to cancel my sim but no one would never reply to your email so i had to cancel me credit card to stop it. Even the watch is useless.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I can’t get this app to give me an account. I’ve emailed them several times and got too reply! Oh apparently though they want you to pay for a sim plan before you have an account so your signed up to a subscription that you can’t get out of and even if you contact your bank they reactivate it! Your spending a fortune on their tech that you physically cannot use and then they take your money each month too.

Don’t bother, totally useless
Doesn’t connect, so u can’t use the gps or message or ring the watch. The customer service team is absolutely useless, they don’t even reply. Once u are on the subscription for the mobile plan you can’t get off it. Been emailing them FOR MONTHS- no response, it keeps trying to deduct the money for a watch that doesn’t work. I’ve emailed and emailed and emailed, paid 3 months worth before I changed my bank card.

App doesn’t even work!!!!!!!
I’ve been trying for nearly a week to create an account and access the app to connect my kids watches. The app keeps showing error message. No number to call the customer support and they don’t respond to emails. Waste of money buying the watches as without access to the app they’re essentially useless!!!!!!

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I recently brought the Moochies Odyessy for my sons Birthday. I was able to download the APP and bind my phone to the watch and add both my husbands and my phone numbers. I have not been able to access the APP since, and it’s been over a week. I can call my son, but when he calls me, my iPhone does not ring at all. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer support, but no one reply’s, they also don’t have a customer support contact number to call anyone. In my opinion, don’t waste your hard earned cash buying a product that has no customer support at all, but they claim they do. They will also keep taking your monthly fee from your nominated card even though it says “No Lock in Contracts” cancel anytime. This Company is a Scam.

Just such a disappointment
I can’t believe that a product and service dedicated to helping parents stay in touch with their children is so dismal. It’s just awful. The app is clunky and now I’ve been completely shut out and keep getting an error message when my daughter is out and wants to stay in touch with me. It’s dismal and disappointing and makes me so cross.

This is terrible- both watch and app
We’ve been trying to work this watch for 4 months and not had one successful call. It’s super stressful (and I’m tech savvy!) and I’m in the process of hopefully getting a refund.
GPS doesn’t work
I can’t get the watch to work properly. Says mobile network not available. Gps won’t track and notifications don’t come through on the app. No one contacts you from support to help fix the problem. Wouldn’t recommend it. Now stuck with two watches that don’t work properly.
Don’t purchase
This app does not work, does not allow you to call or message and does not keep an accurate location - says he is one place which is over 45 minutes from where he actually is. Have attempted to cancel my subscription but is not able to get into the app to cancel or change my card details and are still being charged for it
