Terrible app
Terrible app, doesn't let you register. No emails sent for account details after request. Also doesn't let you choose 'forgot password' option. Don't waste your time downloading it, it doesn't work at all.
Weeks of problems
For weeks I have been unable to log into my account. App does not recognise my email, log into details, account numbers and verification codes. despite checking my details are correct with customer services. Even the advisor could not get to root of problem. Constantly get ‘service unavailable’ page. Have done everything possible and advised. Downloaded app many times. Re-registered etc nothing works ! A poor app.

Awkward
I have a finance agreement with Motonovo. I downloaded the app so I can be in control. However when logging in on my phone I have to have two devices to log in. I fill in the email address part then it sends a code so I have to leave the page for my email. Got the code try to log back in but the code is valid only for the previous attempt. So it is a vicious cycle without success. Unless I try to log in on phone but have a laptop to access emails at the same time. Please sort this.

Blank white page
After signing in, it shows a blank white page. There’s another motonovo app that has a black icon. That one opens a web page which emails a code, tells me I’m already signed in, but the app still isn’t signed in. Absolutely useless. Don’t the developers ever try to use their apps?

Nothing works
It needs some serious testing before being bought out to the market, because nothing works and the speed is super slow. In fact I signed up to register and nothing has happened… wouldn’t bother downloading this. It’s a waste of time.

Rubbish app trash website this finance company is trap they will give you loan for making money they won’t help you to show financial data so you can pay early they want you to pay interest and fees and won’t let you see data

Can’t login, says it’s going to send a security code whilst doing the login so checked my emails for code also checked the spam folder and nothing.

Terrible
This app used to be nice and simple and just work. Since they updated it it’s impossible to use. It goes into a loop of username then to a forgot password screen (I haven’t) & then stuck. Do these app developers not properly test anything? It’s annoying me so much I may refinance elsewhere so as not to give my hard earned cash to stupid companies.

Just not as good
The old app used my face for logging in this one I have to grab a code from my email and then be sent to the website to log in anyway why change what’s not broken?
Simple and easy to set up
Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about saying you get your agreement number when you log in… the email quite clearly states the agreement number is on your welcome pack which was sent via email so a quick search of “agreement number” in your email will give it to you. Reading obviously isn’t their forte 🫠.
Anyway quite easy to set up through the website and to log in. All info is there and readily available.
3 star as only just downloaded. Not sure how often I’ll actually use it.
