Worst App Ever and Everywhere

I want to use the app to reload my prepaid SIM card.
It worked some years ago.
Then it stopped working at all. No login possible.
Yesterday I found that the app has been updated and I was able to log in once and buy sone airtime.
Today I tried again and it is like before the update: Dumb error message and no functionality at all. I tried 15 times.
I am getting tired of MTC and will switch.

The app is not working

Useless 80%

This app is very easy to use when it works, 80% of the time this app is not working & takes a really long time to load data. Welcome to Africa.

When it works it’s great

When it works it’s great. But it’s patchy at best. Outside the country it’s very unreliable and inside the country it’s always slightly exciting to open the app. Maybe this time it will work?
It usually does but sometimes it doesn’t. It’s very frustrating

Nothing loads

The app is completely useless, and has been for some time. Once you open it nothing loads and you cannot do anything with it at all. Who on earth develops software like this?!

I wonder even if the CEO or the CTO uses this app or any similar app outside the country just to have a feel how useless this app is and how others maintain a proper working app!

Nice try

This app has potential but it doesn’t work as promised. Overall MTC lags with apps and online assistance. Your best option is to make use of the call centre.
