When you buy unlimited data you can’t see on the app how data you actually have it just says zero even tho when it’s working on internet . It seems like scam.
You can only buy data and minutes when you in Zambia , if your want purchase for family members forget it Mtn is a nonexistent on that platform

Can’t even get a simple verification code
I downloaded the app for convenience, but I can’t even log in. I’ve been waiting days for a simple verification code 🤦♂️
Don’t waste your data on downloading this app!!
It’s the worst…can’t do anything on it… tried to buy data multiple times and nothing….never experienced anything like this…complete waste of time…

Test your app before deploying it. It’s stuck on the language selection screen with no option to get back to the main page.🤦If it’s not compatible with an iphone SE2 running IOS 15.6 then it shouldn’t have downloaded at all

Learn something from Airtel
It’s like you have to pray to a higher power every time you open this app hoping it will work when you need it. This app really needs a lot of work. Even the zamtel app now performs better. I have a lot of frustrations which I can’t write on this platform
Worst App
This app is pathetic very bad and outdated User Interface it’s unresponsive, very Slow and takes too much time to load.It requires sign in every time you want to use the app and then says unauthorized user even if you enter your details correctly. It is so frustrating seeing such a big company failing to produce a quality app for its customers. Don’t waste your time in downloading because the app literally doesn’t work as well as it should. It’s so inconvenient.

Honestly terrible and fraudulent
So I downloaded the app in order to use it to buy data because we can’t buy the 10gb data bundle anywhere except the app but for some reason the app barely functions!!! Sometimes I can’t even login and what’s worse is I sent money to someone using the app and my account was deducted but the person never received the money!! I want my money back you frauds!!!

Doesn’t work
So I downloaded the app to use for mobile money etc but when I key in my “MTN” mobile number the app tells me “please enter a valid mobile number”
Clearly MTN has not updated their new number sequences 0761 to their app.

How many times am I going to verify my number before I can use the app. This is now becoming annoying, I already verified my number when I was setting up the first time but now I’ve been asked to verify my number again at least 5 times in just a week. Please fix it immediately.
