Doesn’t work on my iPhone XS

Just says initializing and that’s it won’t let me use it. Don’t download until it’s fixed!!!

Update: two weeks later still isn’t fixed still can’t use it! Haven’t even heard anything from whoever’s in charge of running it. Guess it says enough.

⚠️ WARNING: Will keep taking your money

This company doesn’t give any option for stopping the automatic renewal payment anywhere on their website or the app. They say “go to settings” but when you go to settings there is no such option. They don’t have live chat support like most vpn companies and the only way to contact the support is to write an email. I did so, but I haven’t received any reply!!!!
