Takes all day long to load and still doesn’t load for an hour and very slow

Don’t really understand, why is university cannot setup normal server for their app. This is very slow and not working sometimes.

An incredibly slow app

The app is good and sends me importsnt notifications such is if there will be class the next day due to strikes happening. I like it as I can access my work on my phone instead of installing seperate apps on my phone such as one drive and office 365.
