What are we to use?

I have used this app for years to reconnect my niceit4 unit. Now it just crashes when you try and open it. I’ve tried on an iPad and different mobile phones.

The NiceWelcome HK app does not work on iOS 26.2. Are you working on an update for compatibility?

I am frequently receiving incorrect notifications, such as “gate open” or “gate closed,” even though nothing happened in reality. I would also like the app to include the possibility to perform an initial gate setup.
