SCAM-Can’t Register/Shuts Down/Nonexistent service
I can’t even login! Bought an app that doesn’t even allow me access!!!!! I’ve tried for weeks, months to register. I’ve tried different emails but always my number. I submit and wait, then it shuts down unexpectedly. I never receive an email! SCAM! Save your $$$!!!

Helped me a lot! Yes some times it doesn't show all the calls or text but 80% of the time it does. Had this app for 2 years but definitely time for a update! The location pin points well and notifications let you know changes. Finally an app to monitor kids or SO.

Sometimes messages show up , sometimes they don't . Other times everything will be blank . Or it will shut down unexpectedly:/ def needs to be fixed for an app I had to pay $15 dollars for ...
Not updated
Tracking a sms/call is not updated and not real time... and when you try to check on the location it will crash and shutdown the application itself.
Great Concept
App has bugs and issues that need to be addressed ASAP! App will not refresh/update call or text logs. Otherwise great concept looking for more apps like this.

Useless for Windows 8.1 phone
Not working on child's Windows 8.1 phone. The child's contacts list is all that I am able to view & doesn't even give me the option to view the call records or txt messages & location doesn't show any records & geofencing doesn't work either.

I've downloaded on both my daughters iPod and iPad and it's not workin I can't see her texts matter of fact the text app doesn't even come up

Server is always down and I'm not getting every text and every call my daughter makes.

I installed the app on both my son's tablet and phone. It continuously notifies me that the devices are in an unknown location as I hold them in my hand in our home. It reports that he has sent no texts, made no calls, has no contacts when I myself sent thing from his phone to test the app. It has an option to put cuss words to be notified of. I made a cuss word list and sent a text with one of those words. Nothing happened. It just came to my attention that my son has his phone at school which is against the rules. I went into the app to look at the reported location and it shows his location to be at our house when in fact the device is ten miles away. You are required to give this app and its makers very suspicious permissions as far as your device goes as well. I'm deleting the app. I would not suggest using it. I'm guessing those two good reviews are fakes made by the makers of the app.

Horrible app
First the confirmation verification code never came through. Finally got a response from support with a code to use. Then the first 5 texts came through on the parent phone and haven't received anything after that. It's been 24 hours and nothing has updated. Obviously there are texts being sent and received yet this app doesn't seem to send them through. Waste of time. Doesn't do what it's supposed to do

I love everything about this app. Great for keeping up with your children or spouse lol. Customer service always responds back so quickly.

This is a great app to keeps tabs on your kids. As a single parent, I had concerns of what my son was doing after school while I was still at work.

Cant even create an account... Keep saying email ID not valid. Tried different email and nothing...!

The app wouldn't even let me create an account. Said my email Id was incorrect no matter what email I tried?
Does what it says
I use to check whereabouts and texting. It works, when it's not taking forever to load or giving me server errors. Would be perfect if those two issues were fixed.

It's crap!!
It has the *right idea* wanting to track your kids. But it's a horrible set up for getting started. And the link you are suppose to click to load on child's device..Well it doesn't work!! Over all it's horrible and not worth the round about confusion.
