App stopped functioning 2 months ago
Very disappointed, app stopped working 2 months ago. Does not update and will not function for starting, locking or unlocking vehicle. I have deleted it, re-installed and re-entered all the detail. Same same, no change
Surprise très efficace et facile à utiliser
Les options à distances c'est génial 1iere voiture électrique et c'est un très bon choix! A 40 degré démarrer seulement la climatisation avec horaire ou au besoin..voir le % de la batterie et pleins d'options ..

Keeps crashing
Keeps logging me out , will not connect my Nissan Finance account ! Never locks or starts my vehicle via the app! Consistently tells me it cannot locate my vehicle, even though when I open the app, it has the location of my Vehicle notifications are always wrong In other words not a whole lot about it is working. It’s very frustrating and yes, I have updated. I have logged out re-logged back in. It’s insane how much it doesn’t work.

Easy to use and convenient remote app. You can do whatever you want. Great safety

It’s when I need to use it that it log me out. What’s the point of this. It doesn’t even save the password. So unless I set it to 12345 then I don’t remember. Can’t rate zero star.

Slow and incomplete
I appreciate the effort. There are interesting and useful features. However, the app is quite slow, not to mention communication with the vehicle, even when I’m right next to it. Also, there is a nice tab under customer support called “manual & quick guides”. Why is it empty? So I can’t even access my user manual if I have error codes or problems.

I received numerous notifications that my car is unlocked or the truck is unlocked. This is an error as my car is locked when I go check it. This happens almost every day. The problem maybe someday it will be unlock and I will be just ignoring the constant notifications.
Terrible App
In order for my car to start I need to unlock my doors then start engine. If I don’t do this, and I just go to start engine. It will fail every time. Also, I woke up to 68 notifications this morning. Telling me my trunk was open. My roof was open, and my doors were unlocked. None of this was true.

downloaded the app tried to log it multiple times after signing up but not working. trash app
Horrible!
So slow! Not accurate! You need to update the contents multiple times (swiping down) to get the current charge and Km! Don’t know why you can’t see all contents in one page! You should switch to another page to see charge, another page to see mileage, another to see climate control!
I turned the “background app update “ on my iPhone, but every time I have to refresh multiple times to get accurate information!
Not recommended, but we have to use this garbage anyway!

False alarm
False alarm of door open, trunk open etc happening fir oast fortnight, hope you guys fix fast.
Amelioration
Changement proposé : gestion de charge selon pourcentage (arrêter à 80% par exemple) au lieu d’horaire. Accès a cette fonctionnalité sur ecran d’accueil au lieu d’avoir à faire 3 clics

MyNISSAN widget
Hello,
I would like to report an issue with the MyNISSAN widget. The widget does not update in real time. For example, it does not immediately reflect the remaining fuel range (kilometers left), and it also does not update the vehicle status correctly (such as whether the car is locked or unlocked).
It would be very helpful if the widget could refresh automatically and show the latest vehicle information without needing to open the app.
Please consider fixing this issue in a future update, as the widget is very useful but currently not updating properly.

Spratic working
The app works sometimes but other times it doesn’t. After I set defaults for climate control, every time I open the app I have to reset defaults. It’s frustrating.
Poor updating
The app does not track mileage or recall information accurately. It also does not show accurate location. Uninstall and reinstall worked once but no longer solves the problem.
