This app is HORRIBLE
I opened up,the new and “improved” app which is improved in some deluded mind. What are you trying to do? Instead of a page I can use to pay my bill, you’ve got all the information in a closed square that CAN’t be opened. So, I guess now it’s up to you to guess what my debit card number might be. No wonder Northern Light is going bankrupt! This ought to help move that process along.

Couldn’t Set Up The Account
I’ve been an inpatient this year, so the hospital knows who I am, but the app wouldn’t recognize me from my information entered, so I couldn’t set it up to use. Frustrating..
What’s the point
There’s no bill pay options, you can’t even see your bills. To do anything you still need to call the hospital and if you send a message to a provider they can charge you. If you select a pay a bill it takes you to a browser window so it’s not even the app and you are no longer “signed in”. And the fact that I need to have paper copies of the bills mailed to me in order to keep track of every individual claim is wild. It’s 2025 figure it out

I love the circular way you send me back to the same screens over and over and never give a hint,
aweful website. You keep sending people in loops that do not explain what the problem is. Go hire a 12 year old to fix your website.

I really wish I could give you a higher rating. I suggest you take a look at Saint Joseph’s Hospital app or Main General app. It’s a night and day difference. Northern light seems to be very clunky and is very hard to make a payment on. Try to find records or doctor notes can be very time consuming. Please look at other hospital apps. I look forward to seeing a more user friendly version in the future. Thanks

New app
This is the worse app going. This site used to be very useful but now it is worthless. Upon searching and locating the app it goes right to open passing get! Then of course it spins until the iPad quits!
Lousy app / Won’t work
I installed this minutes ago, created an account, and yet this broken app refuses to log me in, saying I have to contact my support team for further assistance but not providing a number or even means of contacting them. Trash.
Honestly not much difference than the web version
Good idea but notifications don’t work so really no difference than the web version. Could use improvement
