No package tracking
The app order status screen has a button on the bottom with the tracking number. When I choose to check the shipping status in the external app it opens, the tracking number has not been copied into that app. Your app doesn’t give me a way to copy the tracking number to the clipboard.
The app is pretty but it seems like your product manager isn’t documenting and testing common use cases.

App Demands Face ID/Touch ID
I receive the flowing scare message before I'm allowed to log in to this app:
"Biometric authorization is not set up on your device."
Damn right it's not.
"Please either enable Touch ID or Face ID on your phone."
No. Not a chance. I have a password saved for a reason. Please drop this stumbling block. I'm using Novocure, I clearly already have enough problems.

Buggy
Won’t load properly keeps giving a message to come back in 10 minutes
Works well since last update
Prior to Build 11251, I was unable to progress past the login, now that is resolved. Having data allows me to manage my Optune usage more effectively, and order supplies and track the order status.
Great tool
I have only used the app for a few days but it is great to see the usage data without having to wait for the monthly upload. The ability to order supplies in the app is also a huge convenience given the different time zones.
Unable to log in
I have been unable to get logged in since I created my account. It just tells me there’s a problem and try back in 10 mins. Well, it’s been days wort of 10 minutes. And still unable to get logged back in
