1.4

NEW IN 1.4: bugfixes and: • "After a cheat meal": a field in your plan for your nutritionist's instruction; the next day you find it in Today, with its source. The app never gives advice of its own. • Cheat meals with "What did you eat": foods and amounts, counted in the day's totals as "off plan". • Swap › Other: log what you actually ate, also when eating out or following the next-day instruction, without touching your nutritionist's alternatives. • "Not enough": when your pantry stock doesn't cover the meal, you see it right away in Today and in the meal detail. • Groceries that match your pantry: if you already have what you need, the item stays on the list as "You have it" and doesn't count as something to buy; Prepare groceries only proposes uncovered days. • Pantry: when you add an item by hand, the app suggests the matching food from your plan. • Calories per group in the meal detail, its own colour for the bedtime snack, supplement reminders even without an active plan. • In the wizard: Move up / Move down to reorder the foods and groups of a meal. • "How it works" guide aligned with the whole app. FROM 1.1 TO 1.3 • Food groups the way your nutritionist writes them ("Main course") with a reference total, and alternatives ("chicken or cod") to pick on the day. • Bedtime snack, if your plan has one. • Faster entry: type the amount or count servings, milk and drinks in millilitres, "Copy to all days". • Groceries by package (cans and jars with grams), entries for past meals leave on their own, "on the list" among ingredients. • Workouts: "Get ready" with a 3-2-1, beeps and sounds (never on silent), "Next: …", supplements in the plan with reminders. • Faster tab switching, a welcome screen with the real Live Activity, lots of polish. Thanks to everyone who wrote in: your reports go straight onto the to-do list.
