Wouldn’t function
Downloaded this app and followed the set up prompts to log into my myob account. It auto opened in camera and I have no idea what I am supposed to be photographing with it? There’s no we code or anything, just the camera loaded on the app, and the ‘enter 2fa’ on the desktop screen. Going around in circles not getting anywhere

Just flat-out doesn’t work.
Absolute hilarity. MYOB sends all their customers info begging them to set up 2FA citing The Authenticator App as the best option as PhoneNumbers change, etc. Then upon downloading the app, scanning their requisite QR code, >>ERROR<<. The apps only purpose. Doesn’t work.

This is an Accountant’s review I am a qualified Accountant and I just don’t understand this Myob cloud business software. they launch too may similar products. it leads to a lot of confusion. When I login I can see too many of my account under the same business name but it attached with 3 different serial number. And very difficult for me to find my client linkage. Spending a lot of time trying to navigate the myob platform at the end is a total waste of time.

Login issues
Imyob is trying to make me login with this app, but there is no instructions on how to do it. It just goes to a scanner. I don’t have any code to scan because I can’t log in. We’ll done MYOB

Prompts to take a photo.. and cannot get out of it except closing the app.. totally useless
Can’t read the QR code and there’s no other option to enter a code. Useless.
