Frustrating memory
Once you’re logged in, the app works fairly well. However, as an employee who only uses it once a day to log working hours, the apps incessant requirement that I log in to my account each and every day is irritating beyond belief. If the app could please store MY details on MY phone, so I could use biometrics to unlock and then quickly do my clock in-clock out, then this would be a worthy app, instead it’s ridiculously frustrating..

So bad. Don’t know where to start
Despite this company causing me much mental anguish over the last 20 years after being forced to use it because my employees do. I thought this app might be a bit more straightforward than easy to use. But no. It logged you out almost every day. He can’t even track time in actual time it freezes. That you are terrible I can’t make adjustment my God. Someone saved this company from their archaic practices.

Keeps asking me to sign up or login
Since latest iOS update for iPhone, the app won’t let me login with passcode. Requires me to sign in and set a passcode each time I open the app. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but can’t fix this issue.
Too many bugs
A lot easier to cover what does work rather than list all the problems. If you are ok to get details of a single shift per day having simple manager and employees fiddling with little dials to get exact time to the nearest minute it might be OK. I ended up writing my own.
Does not save time sheets
This app is by far the worst app I use. Glitches all the time.

Terrible app
Absolutely terrible app. Clunky to use to submit timesheets. Custom support is next to non existent. Haven’t been able to log into my app for over a week due to server issues with no response or resolution from MYOB
No Access
I downloaded the app but I couldn’t create the account with the email recorded by the employer. The link didn’t work at all.

In this day and age and with so many users of MYOB, surely they can sort this issue. With so many poor ratings, it is just being ignored. Very poor customer service, just remove the app from being able to download as it is a complete waste of time for users and MYOB obviously has no intentions to resolve the problems encountered

Timesheets don’t work
Whenever there is an update, you need to log back in. If your company file does not get updated, you can’t log in. Timesheet section does not work in most devices

This is an Accountant’s review I am a qualified Accountant and I just don’t understand this Myob cloud business software. they launch too may similar products. it leads to a lot of confusion. When I login I can see too many of my account under the same business name but it attached with 3 different serial number. And very difficult for me to find my client linkage. Spending a lot of time trying to navigate the myob platform at the end is a total waste of time.

Notifications stopped working
Started off working really well but then notifications for all employees and the approver stopped working and this issue could not be resolved.
