I tried the right end to like five times and it did not work. My mom and it did.

No sound!
How can we fix the sound??? No sound on videos! I’m a parent and myobrace educator. Please help so we can recommend to our patients!!
No sound on videos
Doc wants us to use the app to track exercises, but videos have no sound on my iPhone and button to download on my PC isn’t working either! Bummer.
It’s good when it plays the videos
Great app if you get it to play the videos. There’s a glitch where it won’t let you play the videos. It’s frustrating.
Help, the sound doesn’t work
I downloaded this app and tried to watch the video, and the sound doesn’t work. I deleted it then re downloaded it and the sound still doesn’t work. Please help.

English version will not load/start. Uploaded loaded the Spanish version and it seemed to work.

Downloaded to both iPad and iPhone 6splus..no sound. Disappointing.

We downloaded this App to both an iPhone 4s and an iPhone 5. Both of them the buttons will not work when you go to the exercises.
