Clearer hold messages please

I like almost all parts of the myOCPL app. But the messages for a hold are not clear. I saw that a hold item was Pending and that I was first in the queue, so I drove to the library to pick it up. I think that library patrons need clearer messages:
1 Change "Pending" to something like "Waiting for book" or "Not Yet Ready".
2 First in queue is unclear to me: am I the one with the book (so I should go to the library) and everyone is in line behind me? Or does someone else have it and I am the next person to get the book? I have seen that different systems use words differently. Would be clearer to write "You are next".
3 Consider providing a guide to explain words used. Put a small query mark ? next to the word Pending and the user can tap the query mark to explain it.

Straight up doesn’t work

It was great for the single week that it worked. After that, it just randomly stopped being able to communicate with the server, essentially making it a useless waste of phone storage. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing so I guess it’s just a matter waiting for them to fix their backend systems.

Reset Password doesn’t work

Like the app but can use some improvement. Some links doesn’t work. Especially when you are trying to rest your password, there is no “submit” button when you are at the password rest page. So you can never rest your password.

App Stopped Working Out of Nowhere

I use this app every single day and I used to love it. The app was bugging out the other day so I deleted. I reinstalled it and now it doesn’t work at all! A message keeps popping up saying It literally won’t connect to my server. I tried uninstalling and re installing so many freaking times and that’s all that pops up! It’s NOT my phone cause everything else works! I even tried rebooting my wifi and nothing. I’m super disappointed and upset.

Keeps Crashing!

Overall I liked the ease with which I could search and place holds on books, view my current holds and place in line, and renew checkouts. However, soon after it kept crashing and wouldn't connect to the PL server. I tried logging out and it told me it couldn’t connect to the PL server. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling with multiple error messages.
