Pretty useless
It works but it doesn’t do the one thing a pharmacy app should, which is ordering refills. I’m sure lots of people enjoy the opportunity to talk to someone, but I’m not one of them. I don’t want to talk to someone during business hours, I want to do it in the morning when I take my meds and realize I need a refill.
The person I’m talking to is just filling out the same questions I could fill in myself. It’s the equivalent of a phone call that could have been a text. It’s ridiculous.

Allow paste in the password field
You so and so’s. Allow paste in your password fields in your app. What am I thinking though, the development of this app is outsourced and this issue will never be resolved. Or rather, I’ll die first before it’s resolved.
Great Customer Service
I have been receiving my prescription for five months now. Everyone at ONCO 360 is very helpful and the few times I’ve called to ask a question, if the person is not sure of the answer they connect me to someone who can help. They’re always pleasant and show a real concern. It’s very easy to be connected to a pharmacist. And I always receive my medication on time.
