The app is good as far as it goes; however, it would be nice to have the ability to print out the transactions. Transfers made along with the reasons for them in printed form would help, especially at the end of the month.

Locked out… then not?!?
Was locked out of online banking for 4-5 days. The recovery phone number listed the last 4 digits of a phone not familiar to myself or my husband, which we are both on the account. So I called. The young girl I spoke to wanted to set me up an account for online banking, which wasn’t the problem. We were lockout. I told her I needed to be able to get in to our current account that we were locked out and she wouldn’t give me any of information because I wasn’t the account holder apparently and I would have to have my husband call (even though I answered 6 different security questions)we’ve had our account there for nearly 25+ years…..
We go in while there standing in person after telling a young girl that we needed help getting logged back into our account she walked away, while standing waiting to be waited on I tried logging back into online banking which magically it worked, the young girl came back and said that our account was showing that we weren’t logged out and that there was nothing she could do…. At that point obviously there was nothing to be helped. We were back in. Rather an app issue or customer service issue just a tab frustrated.

Better ish
I like the app more than the last one. Seeing my balance after each transaction was what I wanted, happy there. I do miss searching by a word or title though, hope you bring that back

Update ruined the app
The app used to be super accessible and easy to use. Ever since the update it takes forever and makes me jump through hoops to get to the simplest of things. Transferring money used to be easy but now it takes a solid 2 minutes to get done. Needs to be fixed.
