Not available in Egypt

For years now the app is not available in Egypt. The worst thing is that OSN sent email encouraging me to download and use the app and describe how useful it is to be surprised after downloading it that it’s still unavailable in Egypt. Shame on OSN and that’s really a unprofessional management.

Limited utility

App is painless to pay for content, and there are many full screen pop up ads to help you do that, but besides a few predefined FAQs there’s no way I can find to contact support or give feedback. With telephone support taking ages and trying hard to funnel people toward the app, I hope it can be expanded to provide a more user touchpoints.
