Ongoing Login Issue with MyOUM APP
I have been unable to log in to the app for the entire semester, and this issue is still unresolved despite repeated attempts and explanations from my side. Please stop asking me to keep retrying the same basic troubleshooting steps that are not relevant to the issue.
I need a proper investigation and a concrete solution from your technical team as soon as possible. Kindly treat this matter seriously and provide an actual update instead of generic responses.

SLOW UPDATE
Starts from my 1st semester (2019) till 2nd last semester (2022), I need to re-install this apps just to get the latest update but still the same. Updates for registered subjects are also slow, but updates regarding fees are very fast. I've updated the application, it's still the same. Please update as soon as possible. Make it easier for future students. Thank you.
