What's New in myoxin
1.1.2
September 11, 2026
Your watch and your log are one workout. When your watch or ring records a session you also logged, it now shows once, with the device's heart rate and calories on that workout. Link or unlink a recording yourself, and your choice sticks. Check your form from the workout. Tap an exercise, pick a video or photo, and the coach reviews it. The research behind your plan. The studies the coach drew on are listed under your plan, so you can see why a session looks the way it does. Completed sessions are now named for what you actually did, not what was planned. Estimated 1-rep max, done properly. One trend per lift, RIR counted everywhere, bodyweight lifts counted at their real load. A lift with too few sessions shows no trend instead of a misleading 0%. Your schedule keeps going. Sessions are extended automatically. If the horizon ever does run out, the app says so instead of showing a rest day. Routines in the order you train them. The routines list follows your week. A routine you train twice appears once, with both days on it. Coach chat stays put. Long answers no longer jump the scroll, the keyboard no longer covers what you're typing, there's a Done key, and an unread dot on the Coach tab tells you when a reply is waiting. Honest about Health access. If you revoke myoxin's permissions in Settings, the app tells you instead of claiming it's still connected. Fixes. Several iOS freezes when moving between sheets (removing an exercise, creating a custom exercise, filters, supersets, warmups). A custom exercise you create is now added to the routine straight away. The warmup generator's keyboard can be dismissed and no longer covers the fields. Optional crash and freeze reporting, only if you opt in, so we can find the next one faster.
