Can’t add sticker to shopping cart

Been trying for a week to add the custom sticker to the shopping cart and the app crashes. Returns an error “Error Couldn’t add this sticker to your cart” worked once but then the payment crashed. I don’t think this is fair after spending hundreds of dollars completing the album and the only one missing is the custom sticker. Really need an answer to this issue I am not complaining about the price of the custom sticker but I feel my album is not complete after all the effort made
