Crashes on up to date ios. Stressed to not have access to proof of payment on Trenitalia Cinque Terre. I just received an email for feedback and could not connect through link. Terrible experience.

Not perfect, but works
Despite problems in the payment process, everything worked perfectly. A message to the support team leads to a credit note within a very short time. That is service. Even if the app doesn't work perfectly, it fulfils its purpose. I use the app for the Cinque Terre National Park. For the good service, there are five stars, for the app 3, so 4 stars. Thank you.

Does not work for buying cinque terre tickets. will charge you and not send tickets. app should be deleted. also don’t use website, just buy in person i suppose. that way works.

DO NOT USE
Downloaded this app for Cinque Terra tickets. It did not know the account I had just made to access the tickets. If you buy online, you will get an email with a link to your ticket anyways. Don’t waste your time.
Recupero password non funziona
Dopo aver acquistato biglietti per cinque terre ho provato a loggarmi su app ma senza successo. Mi dice pass non valida e provando a fare il recupero non arriva la mail. Controllato anche in spam!

Waste of time and space on my phone. I just downloaded the tickets from the email (arrived in my junk mail, not inbox) and then showed the tickets on my phone to the person at the ticket booth. No need for an extra app just for a day pass to cinque terre. App has no other benefits, skip the app download and just use your tickets from email.

Absolute garbage and a scam
Purchased tickets in the morning for a day pass and received a confirmation and a charge on my credit card. Never sent any tickets and we were fined 55 euro per person by the train. This app is terrible and unprofessional.
Very convenient
My husband and I just traveled to Cinque Terre for vacation and I found this app very helpful in purchasing our train pass ticket for the day. As Americans, we were not as familiar with buying tickets at the machines and so buying this ticket ahead of time and having it to show if checked reduced travel stress significantly. No worries in losing the ticket and no waiting in lines! Perfect!!!
