Needs improvement
The app is good and promising. It definitely needs update. Since New iPads have no more touch id, you need to add face id as an option. When i choose touch id on my iPad pro the app crashes immediately after that and won't allow me to launch it again. It happened twice. I had to remove the app and install it again

They got the version situation worked out & added some great functionality. Patients love the reports!
DO NOT BOTHER DOWNLOADING
Every time there's a minor upgrade for the iOS the app stops working. By the time they get it fixed the next upgrade comes out in a couple of weeks. It is the most frustrating thing in the world. Don't bother
