Terrible login on app
Always gives error when trying to login password on app. Basically useless app until the fix the login issues!!! Ugh!

Constantly prompts me to create a new password. Some days it works and then randomly won’t work. Wish I could go back farther than 18 mo to review prior paystubs.

if this app could have 0 stars, it would probably be at -15 stars. this thing never works, never has the correct password in their system, has to have ten different ways to go about doing things, works with partners that never communicate and they just seem to take your information. i have never spent so much time in an app changing my password or writing complaint emails to support that never get responded to or fixed. it is genuinely the worst app that could possibly exist.

Literally worst pay app ever.
Works probably 8 months out of the year, have to do 12 steps to log in, overall, terrible app. Just stopped working today and was working perfectly fine 2 days ago!
What a waste of storage
This app is bad. I mean BAD. Constantly having to change passwords, and when you change them 9 out of 10 times you still can’t login. I’ve been frozen out of my account before, redirected to the website and then still denied access. Not to mention the lag it takes to actually see your pay information. This is such a horrible app and a shady setup. Save yourself the headache.

Good app but…
…can’t log in. Which makes it a not good app. Worked fine for several months after getting going with MyPay. Then all of a sudden the app had login errors.
I can login on my computer. I can login on mobile browser. Just not the app. When or if I can ever login on the app again, it’s pretty good.

I can login using browser but cant login using app. App is still down.
Unreliable and beyond frustrating
This app is so unbelievably frustrating. There is no logic to when or how long it will simply quit working, create log in error messages, stop responding to touch authentication, etc. If you are an employee trying to see your paycheck, you don’t qualify for support when having issues with your app. You are told the administrator of your payroll has to contact them. My boss shouldn’t have to deal with trying to fix an app on my phone. Ridiculous

Login Failed
Used to work great, past couple of weeks not working and keeps saying “login failed”. Have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and still not workings

I can sign in through a browser but I continue to receive login errors when using the correct user and pw through the app.
Won’t Log In
I’ve had this app ~ one month and it’s already saying “Login Failed” when trying to Login. I had Face ID set up, with no username or password changes. And am able to log in via website with same credentials so it’s not related to incorrect username or password. No help icon in app to request assistance or report issue either.

MyPay app is terrible
When I first set it up it worked great but when I had to change my password it now is useless. It won’t let me login. This is a useless app.
