This app time out on me and I have to go my email and get a code and it’s huge hassle for me and I don’t have email on my phone and I can’t to be sigň in on both of my iPad and iPhone.

Lost functions
I have been using my permobil M3 Corpus since 2021. The app was working fine until 5 days ago. Now it no longer tracks my data. It continuously says battery is 100% and that I haven’t used my chair. Everything is at baseline and I’m really frustrated. I loved this app but there is no way to troubleshoot this issue. I’ve restarted the mot, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. All to no avail. I hope they figure this out soon. I loved this feature when it was working

Worked great for the life of my chair until recently
So this app worked really well for me and my M3 chair for the last almost 5 years up until recently for the last two days the battery Part hasn’t been registering. It says it’s plugged in When it is not but the chair configurations for the seat are working fine. I’ve done all the resets and reinstalled the app and it’s still not Working I hope Permobil can get this figured out eventually because I really like using the app cause I am planning on getting an MVS chair within the next six months

No longer connecting
I’m seeing multiple reviews similar to the one and I’m about to leave stating that the app is not operating at all. I see the information about my chair such as the serial number but I see no updates with respect to my battery operation, seating information, etc. Please fix this app. It’s really important for us!

Can not tell if app is working properly with my wheelchair
Current version does not work.
Current version of app says “please agree to latest version”. Also, app doesn’t seem to be accurate when charging wheelchair.

This app needs to be improvè because I can’t sign in on both my iPad and iPhone at same time I need this app on both my devices and this app needs verification every time I waňt log into app and it’s not conducive for me and I have no email on mý iPhone.

Need to be able to change my seating
This app is decent, in my opinion, but it doesn't allow you to adjust your seating position and lights. I wish I could do that.
Inconsistent operation
The app does not work consistently. The GPS portion of the app is quite buggy. Even though the GPS is on it does not show locations. I have been instructed in the past to turn the power to the chair off and then back on but being in the chair that is impossible! The app would be a nice addition if it worked correctly.

It’s showing no activity and I charge the chair every day

Does not work like described. Information never is current. May give you an estimate of your chairs capability. Do not trust the app, trust the console read out.
Good when it works, but Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected for long
I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max and this app still won’t connect. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app, restart phone, forget pairing and deleted phone from wheelchair to add back. None of it works. I’m going to delete the app now. Hopefully it will work in the future, but it doesn’t work right now. So many bad reviews. Permobil should take this app down.

Worthless
Doesn’t stay connected and when it does, it doesn’t sync often. I’ve tried on an iPad and then on an android phone. I’ve unpaired and paired countless times. The only working function is to adjust the colored LED lights. I basically wanted to check the battery level but even when connected it says “last synced two days ago”. Like that helps. Hopefully Permobil will hire a competent app developer.

Good, but Bluetooth quit working
I have an iPhone 16 Pro and this app still won’t connect. I have tried to delete and reinstall, restart phone, forget pairing and deleted from wheelchair. None of it works. I’m going to delete the app now. Hopefully it will work in the future, but it doesn’t work right now. So many bad reviews. Permobil should take this app down.

App is not connecting
I downloaded this app in hopes of keeping track of the features on my new M3 I got a couple weeks ago . However, after downloading the app it won’t load once opened. The screen just saying loading and nothing further happens. I hope this can be resolved.
Won’t connect to chair
Connected for first month or so then randomly disconnected. Haven’t been able to reconnect. Tried deleting app. Tried turning Bluetooth and Allow pairing on and off. Seems to be a common complaint.
Not enough instruction or suppport
App worked great for first month I was using it then stopped syncing randomly one day. Tried everything. Reinstalled app, turned Bluetooth on and off, turned allow pairing on and off, forget this device on iphone, nothing gets it to connect to chair anymore. Seemingly no way to contact anyone for support, no instructions in app itself that tells you who to contact if app doesn’t work.

Won’t connect to my wheelchair. Have contacted permobil support on several occasions and they have been zero help. Pointless app
