Stupid Bug
Can someone please fix my account, I subscribed to their thing so I could have unlimited reptiles which costs $2 yet it still wants me to subscribe even though I already did it. Please fix this bug.

Rip Off
App demands you subscribe in order to add multiple animals which I was fine with but after charging my account the same message pops up telling me I can’t add more than one animal unless I pay customer service asked me for a receipt which there’s obviously no receipt for an app purchase so I sent a shot of the charge on my account that was days ago. So they took my money and I still can’t use the app or cancel the subscription and they probably will try to pull it out as a monthly automatic payment. Scam
Edit* Developers claim they set my subscription and I’m still complaining. They set nothing , the app still will not work after money was taken out of my account it still demands I add a premium subscription to add animals. Also after they rip you off they answer your reviews with lies and rude retorts I cannot regret using the app because I never did because it never worked. After I was charged
Amazing how developers try so hard to discredit users. Yes I did have to restart the app a suggestion after days of back and forth and even being told I couldn’t have a refund when I was so frustrated that I was ready to leave it. No I don’t feel a need to edit my review because as I told the developers the features should be accessible as soon as paid for and customers should not have to go back and forth with developer or even have to contact developer for features to be activated . Maybe if so much time wasn’t spent writing defensive responses to reviews (because this is not the only one) it could be used to fix the obvious glitches that multiple people are having to deal with. Pattern of going back and forth with customers to add to what is already a frustrating experience
Update. Developers can update all they want claiming they’ve never had such a vase is obviously a lie. Read all the reviews I’m obviously not the only person dissatisfied and nobody is responsible for the glitches and headaches it the developers so instead of updating reviews on to try and discredit customers they need to fix the problems with there apps cause now you claim you fixed it and the thing keeps logging out so it definitely doesn’t give feeding notifications if it keeps logging out. Yet another problem with the app but instead of fixing the app they want to spend time going back and forth with customers on the reviews. Multiple people having the same kind of issues with your creation and instead of fixing it they act like everyone is lying on them when the fact is there are many problems with the app. So ok I restarted the app and entered the info and the app logged itself out - another glitch that makes it useless because it can’t notify me if it keeps logging off so now what developers we can update this all day please come back and tell the people how the glitches on your app are my fault. Should I restart it everyday and use a back up calendar as a reminder because your app doesn’t notify me to feed the animals because it logs itself out. So it remains that I paid for an app that is useless to me because the whole point is to remind me of feedings which it doesn’t because it logs off. Good on you dear user. We told you many times that the subscription is not a recurring and users purchase it every few months. Also we enabled the premium features for you manually due to a known issue that will be fixed in the next version of the app. We believe that you regretted using the app anyway regardless of it working for you or not. Update: We enabled the premium features for the user but unfortunately the user was not even ready to follow the instructions and restart the app. The user keeps complaining. We can say that we’ve never had such a case.
Good but needs improvements
I love the overall idea of the appp. The only things I much say that need to changes are the speed of the app is poor,it crashes often, and it sometimes doesn’t load. And I do feel there needs to be more options and freedom to make notes. Again like the app just needs a bit of a upgrade.
Only one reptile?!?!?
It only allows you to have one reptile without paying $2 or more dollars that is BS

Takes forever to add a reptile then you have to pay to add more than one reptile - horrible app. Don’t waste your time
Premium glitch?
I was really excited to use this being a keeper/breeder of a lot of snakes and I purchased the premium version to put all my snakes in the app and it wants me to upgrade my account still. Please fix? Really don’t have the money to be wasting almost 20$
Privacy issues, slow, buggy
Developer will know every single reptile you have, because you can’t log in with an email, the app requires Facebook or google account. It takes 7 clicks to record a feeding event, good luck with that if you have multiple animals. Buggy and closes for no reason, doesn’t record events randomly too.

Don’t waste your money!
I’ve had to input data multiple times and it doesn’t save. The QR code printed out huge; it’s unusable! I have almost 50 reptiles and no time for this useless app. ☹️
Great idea
I love the idea of this app and i’m looking forward to using it further! But $15.99 (Hopefully not a month) for additional reptiles is just too much imo so
I’m really disappointed with that, and whenever I would put the picture on the profile of my reptile it wouldn’t display on the profile straight, I’m not sure why. I hope the additional reptiles price goes down so I can add my others to my profile and the problem with the picture gets fixed.
