I would like to keep log in all the time
Initially, I like these log. Journey data, battery level and referred the time for it to be charge. But I have to log in like every week. It would be worth if Peugeot add passcode to stop unnecessary log in. Thank you

Never updates, takes a while to log in. I prefer Audi App way much easier than Peugeot

I’ve been trying to connect to the app for weeks now, not working at all. One star is one star too much. Really rubbish and disappointing

Love the e5008 but app is pretty poor. Logs you out for no reason and climate commands are hit and miss

Update - August 2026
Fixed the no synching issue by deleting and reinstalling the app. Lost all the data in the app but at least it functions. Didn’t have to update the touchscreen software to get it working. Now records the journey, but still logs me out randomly and deletes the petrol price for no reason.
I receive monthly Peugeot Health Check reports as an option in the app but the last two have said all is fine with the car when there’s been a manufacturers recall on it for the last two months. My local Peugeot dealer tells me the option to book an appointment with a dealer (advertised in the Health Check email) isn’t live or synced with the Stellantis database yet. Complained to customer care and got a random response not linked to my complaint. Just not trustworthy.

Has stopped downloading journeys. Have re-paired the Bluetooth and logged out and back in. Nothing fixes it.
Have used the app for many years across 3 cars and several iPhones to. It constantly logs me out, doesn’t retain the fuel price, doesn’t download journeys reliably. Tried contacting Peugeot and got a dismissive email with no suggestions of how to fix it.
Update: Peugeot sent an email saying they would call within 5 days. They haven’t. Then emailed saying they were closing the case as I hadn’t responded. Eventually sent an email saying to follow the steps in a FAQ doc but their link leads to an invalid page and they haven’t emailed it as requested. Doesn’t look like Peugeot Customer Support seriously wants to support customers or fix their unreliable software.
Update - and yes, I’ve contacted Peugeot support through their official channels, have a case number and have sent logs.

Do not pay for the Connect Plus subscription
This app keeps getting worse and worse. And the developers are so lazy, they don't even bother to specify what they have tried to 'fix' in each app version. They cut and paste the same description for every new release
"This new version includes technical improvements as well as several fixes following the last release."
And despite the most buggy and useless app in existence they have the cheek to charge £8.99/ month for something that will frustrate you more than it will actually help you. According to the app, yesterday I travelled 7.8 miles, the consumption was 0.8miles/gallon and the cost was £105.97!!! And as for the remote features, I've hardly ever had to remote lock/unlock my car and the one time I forgot where I parked and tried to use the app to find it, it wouldn't allow me to log in. Spend your hard earned money on an AirTag if you need this functionality rather than throwing it at this useless app.

Poorly executed application
I’m afraid there is nothing worth mentioning about this app other than a resounding fail! Doesn’t update trips accurately, doesn’t list connected services, whereas the web site display them accurately… Makes a proud Frenchmen in Australia cringe.. Absolute disgrace
Terrible App
This is the most terrible Car App I have ever used or seen. There is practically no handshake between the App and the vehicle. All remote connection requests just end up getting dropped or cancelled and the Customer care team are dead clueless on how to resolve the problem. I really cannot see how this app is still existing.

Wish I wasn’t forced to use this
Unfortunately I have to use this for charging etc. Would be ok if it didn’t keep constantly logging me out almost every time I load up the app. Often not even working also.
Car update
I can’t update my informent system on my 408 and still on the release version. So disappointed.
Rubbish app
I’ve had this app now for 1 year and it keeps signing out freezing and now since the update I can no longer use the remote climate control function for pre conditioning and cooler of my car.
Why isn’t it logging in
Been using the app for just over a month and it’s logged me out said wrong password I’ve changed it several times it’s really bugging me now.. changed again and deleted the app reinstalled twice and still the same problem.. any advice is welcome

Never works
Truly one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use constantly lose the vehicle have to restart multiple times and always has errors.
Decent
I do like the app, but it constantly logs me out, so every time I open the app I have to ho through the rigmarole of logging in, etc which does put me off using it
Signing in
The app works well for my needs, but I d have one little frustration with it, fairly often I have to sign in with my original details and it sometimes returns back to the sign in page. One occasion I tried signing in 8 times before giving up.

Very slow
Having had the app for four months now, and also paying the subscription, I have found the app to be very slow to update the information. When the car is charging the app will often display info from hours before. There have been several updates and nothing ever seems to improve. The locking and unlocking function is so slow that finding and using the key is quicker. Decided that we’re going to cancel the subscription as everything can be programmed from the car anyway.
UPDATE!
After a few weeks of the app being somewhat ok, it has now logged me out, and the Peugeot login page doesn’t work. I now cannot use the app nor report an issue through the app.

Too slow
In overall terms, the App is useful to the driver. However, reviewing and classifying each journey is a very slow, tedious process. The refresh rate is unbelievably slow and after doing some journeys, the journey list reverts to the most recent one rather than staying at the next journey that needs to be allocated a class.
