Repeated technical faults

The app is very unstable and glitchy. Doesn’t reliably update car battery status and persistently has technical issues when logging in.

Nice idea. Just slow

The app can be very useful, but fails when you really need it. It takes an age to try to get updates from the vehicle, and then logs you out requiring you to sign in again. The locking/unlocking is suppose to offer some convenience, when it works, but is generally quicker to go retrieve the key. I’m afraid confidence in the app is low at the moment.

Shocker

I thought the Mercedes app was bad, this takes it to new levels of low quality

Worst App In History.

Where to start? If you want an app that only connects once in every ten attempts, this is for you. If you want an app that INSISTS on you signing in again pretty much one on every three times, this is for you. This is without doubt the most frustrating and shambolic app in computing history. Just dreadful.

Can’t login

What’s going on?!? Unable to login anymore. Stuck on the accessing idpcvs.Peugeot.com

Update. It’s finally managed to login after the latest update. Why does it take soooo long? Why does it have to contact servers every time you open the app? I just want to use it to connect to my car to capture rides and maybe set climate once in a while.

Oh and I’m never using that contact us form. It’s terrible.

Great EV. Dire app - still the worst

Car is great, sadly the same cannot be said for this atrocious excuse for an App. It’s not worth it for free, expecting us to pay for it is seriously taking the mick. Utter rubbish. Stick to making cars and leave the software to someone who knows what they’re doing as the current bunch certainly don’t!

Very dated app

Could do with a big update, really slow, logs me after every use, lots of error messages and very slow to respond.

Such An Unreliable App

Constant logging out, times out when logging in, constantly fails to connect and action remote commands like activating the air con. Spent an hour this afternoon continually trying to log in just to precondition the air-con but have given up. Rarely knows where the car is and the location is always at least one step behind. Seriously lacking features compared to other brands.

Rubbish and Frustrating

Keeps logging me out and sometimes I can't get back in because it says my username/password is wrong! This corrects itself randomly - I can only assume the server that checks username/password is frequently down. In addition, the mileage tracker keeps losing the cost/litre so have to keep inputting it to get the cost. I got an offer of 59p for three months connect- plus subscription but, I certainly won't be renewing if this is the way the app is going to behave. The dealer told me that Stalantis will be moving to record services in the app and not provide stamps in the service book. This will be a nightmare if it's impossible to actually open the app!!

Worst app ever

Literally not functional.

Poor app

Love the e5008 but app is pretty poor. Logs you out for no reason and climate commands are hit and miss

Inexplicably logs out every two or three days

Possibly the weakest iPhone app design I’ve ever come across. Logs out for no reason. When you log back in it asks “are you ready to explore the app” and you have to click “yes” to start using it. Nonsense design.

Frustrating!

I absolutely detest this app. Truly awful experience from start to finish. It forces you to sign in - Every. Single. Time. There is just no need to do this. What’s wrong with plug and play?

On the odd occasion that it allows you into the app without taking you to back to the login screen all over again, the app is dire. Boring, dated and … oh, it’s logged me off again!

Why, oh why Peugeot cannot get this right is beyond me. I would normally say that it has lots of potential, but it hasn’t. It’s a truly awful experience.

It appears that I am just one of a huge majority of people who find this app rubbish. It’s so frustrating.

Peugeot. Sort it out. Please! It’s the least you can do for your loyal customer base.

Slow remote commands

I have a 2024 e308 I find it fails 90% of the time to precondition or send any commands to the car. It seems the app doesn’t communicate directly with the car and fails to communicate with the Peugeot servers. I have found the app useless other than to check the car charge status, although even that is slow to update

Terrible

The app logs you out for no apparent reason so you log in again. After you log in it returns you to the log in page. When you actually do log in the app chooses when updates the charging status of the car, even when you refresh it. Avoid the app Peugeot you should be ashamed of yourself.

No longer works

The latest app update means that it no longer syncs to my car. It hasn’t worked for over a month…waste of time!

Terrible App

App frequently crashes, requires re-signing in very frequently and often doesn’t work as expected. Shockingly bad.

Not great

Why, oh why, does this app log you out automatically so frequently? Literally no other app I have does this. So tedious to log in again and again.

Ed

Rubbish does not connect to car remotely been trying sort for weeks and no further on

This app puts me off buying another Peugeot

This app is a terrible tool for what are good cars. It just doesn’t do half of the things that other apps for electric cars do, and on top of that they want to charge you a subscription for the privilege. The app is slooooooow, if you can even get signed in in the first place. It lags so badly that you need to click commands 2or3 times before they actually work. What tops it all off is that because the app is operated by Stellantis you cannot get a third party app to work on the car.
Peugeot needs to do better as other car makes offer massively better customer support surrounding their apps.
Do not get this app and I’d actually advise against buying a Peugeot on this basis.
