Needs major improvements. Ok when it does work. Keeps logging me out. No Face ID option to sign in (wouldn’t be as annoying about logging me out if it had this feature). Won’t let me complete the update-I don’t have a pc or a mac book. If I don’t have these two options I have to pay at the dealership? I have a laptop, Chromebook, iPad & iPhone. How does this help me. App desperately needs some work to improve it. My partner has a Skoda & that is fantastic in comparison

Waste of time
Logs out constantly despite keep me logged in being ticked.
Little to no response when trying to perform simple commands in good signal areas for both the van and mobile.

Not Good
Often logs out so you have to enter user and password again. The price for fuel often disappears. The journey timer is flawed as trips that take no more than twenty minutes show up as 5 hours. When showing your journey, it shows the start and end point but you could have taken any route to get there. The link to car manual is poor. It does not let you save the manual. Would be nice to see what options you should have in your car as the VIN number is saved. Then you can try figure out why options are missing in your car but present on other exact same models.

Worst app ever!!
I’ve owned Peugeot cars over many years and this is my third attempt at getting this app to work. It glitches constantly, randomly signs you out, misses most trips, deletes petrol prices, won’t connect to vehicle. I’m finally giving up and deleting this useless app. These 5 star reviews are not real, check newest reviews for all the one star reviews

Useless
How is this app rated over 4 stars; all the recent reviews are ONE!! Constantly logs you out. Doesn’t work in real time. Car updates never work and it’s such a long process. Basically Peugeot software in car and on app is rubbish!
Extremely poor
The app is extremely poorly designed. It loses journey details for no apparent reason, forces web logins for no reason and following the most recent update it has lost the ability to precondition the vehicle. Once my current subscription expires I’m not going to bother renewing it.

Terrible
This has never worked for me over the past 5 years. I have tried to update maps never works, the app constantly hangs as it is at the moment, and is so frustrating that i usually end up deleting it. If I could I would give it minus 7 stars!

I’d genuinely have avoided Peugeot if I had prior experience of the app.
Update since developer response: my issues aren’t unique to me. You must know how terrible your app is - I’m not going to contact support to resolve a developer issue. Scrap this app and your current developers and build from the ground up.

Good features, but…
The app has gods features, but I’ve downloaded the updates it has recommended, but can’t get them to install in the car. Apparently, the update it is recommending no longer has a licence certificate. Frustrating
Barely functional app
I don’t understand how sure a large car manufacturer has such a poorly functioning app. I’ve been using this for several months now. Constantly logs me out, when signing in I often have to repeat the process 2-3 times for no apparent reason. The air con activation works about 20% of the times I try to use it. The battery charge level frequently won’t update.. the list is endless! Please improve it!

This app is absolutely hopeless and not fit the purpose
I can’t go lower than 1 star
This is the most infuriating app I’ve ever came across.
The app just never works, you get it connected to the car, the next day it’s disconnected you.
As soon as you switch the car on the app automatically opens but then asks to add a vehicle or login in.
Just work!!
My wife’s Range Rover app has never logged me out in the 4 years we’ve had the car.

I would like to keep log in all the time
Initially, I like these log. Journey data, battery level and referred the time for it to be charge. But I have to log in like every week. It would be worth if Peugeot add passcode to stop unnecessary log in. Thank you

Never updates, takes a while to log in. I prefer Audi App way much easier than Peugeot

I’ve been trying to connect to the app for weeks now, not working at all. One star is one star too much. Really rubbish and disappointing

Fixed the no synching issue by deleting and reinstalling the app. Lost all the data in the app but at least it functions. Didn’t have to update the touchscreen software to get it working. Now records the journey, but still logs me out randomly and deletes the petrol price for no reason.
I receive monthly Peugeot Health Check reports as an option in the app but the last two have said all is fine with the car when there’s been a manufacturers recall on it for the last two months. My local Peugeot dealer tells me the option to book an appointment with a dealer (advertised in the Health Check email) isn’t live or synced with the Stellantis database yet. Complained to customer care and got a random response not linked to my complaint. Just not trustworthy.

Has stopped downloading journeys. Have re-paired the Bluetooth and logged out and back in. Nothing fixes it.
Have used the app for many years across 3 cars and several iPhones to. It constantly logs me out, doesn’t retain the fuel price, doesn’t download journeys reliably. Tried contacting Peugeot and got a dismissive email with no suggestions of how to fix it.
Update: Peugeot sent an email saying they would call within 5 days. They haven’t. Then emailed saying they were closing the case as I hadn’t responded. Eventually sent an email saying to follow the steps in a FAQ doc but their link leads to an invalid page and they haven’t emailed it as requested. Doesn’t look like Peugeot Customer Support seriously wants to support customers or fix their unreliable software.
Update - and yes, I’ve contacted Peugeot support through their official channels, have a case number and have sent logs.
