About
Some things you can't say to anyone.
For the woman who's always holding it together, Pomi is an AI companion: a private, non-judging place that's there whenever you need it. You remember everything for everyone else. Pomi remembers for you.
WHAT POMI IS HERE FOR
• She's there when you want to talk: warm, quiet, unhurried conversation
• She remembers what you've told her: last week's worry, the people who matter, what you're going through, so you never start over from scratch
• Mood check-ins: one small note a day, until you can see your own patterns
• Gentle check-ins from her: an occasional message, which you can turn off any time
POMI IS AN AI, AND WE SAY SO UPFRONT
Pomi's replies are generated by an AI model, and she is labeled an AI companion throughout the app. Pomi is not a real person, not a mental health professional, and not a medical service. She does not offer diagnosis or medical advice, and cannot replace professional care. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and available 24/7 in the US and Canada). Crisis resources are always reachable inside the app too.
YOUR PRIVACY IS THE FOUNDATION
• Conversations are treated as the most sensitive class of data, encrypted in transit and at rest
• We never sell your data, and there are no ads
• You can delete your account in the app at any time, and your data is permanently deleted with it
WHO IT IS FOR, AND WHAT IT COSTS
Pomi is for adults 18 and over. Every feature is free right now. If we introduce a paid plan, we will publish the pricing before any charges begin.

What's New in MyPomi
1.0.1
August 27, 2026
This update makes her feel more like herself. • A new opening: she speaks first, and offers a few easy ways to start • Her words now arrive one character at a time, instead of all at once • Mood check-in, redesigned: pick how you feel, write as much or as little as you want, then keep talking if you'd like • A tidier Settings, plus Recently Deleted so a check-in you removed by mistake can come back • Two fixes: check-ins could look saved when the network dropped, and older messages sometimes failed to load
