FRAUD!!
Such a fraud site to order anything from! I ordered a citrine ring which was “gold plated” for almost 1.5k and it literally tarnished after barely 2 days of use ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? And now that I want to return it, none of customer services are available! The calls aren’t being picked up. The emails aren’t being checked or responded to by them!! I’m soooo disappointed and disgusted. I just want my money back!!

Third class Service. Do not buy from Them
I had ordered Ganesh Idol for Ganesh chaturthi. I received the product but it’s damaged. Along with idol I had ordered few more items which is missing. The Mistake I did was I opened that product after 5 days , which they are not willing to take return or refund . Amazon , Flipkart are offering 10 days return policy compared to this useless company. Their customer service is pathetic. Kindly DO NOT BUY any items from them.

Moonstone bracelet
I had ordered a moon crystal bracelet. The bracelet was of extremely bad quality and it broke the day I wore it . I have been trying to reach out to them but with no luck .
They used my image without my permission
I am a small business owner, my store is called Rainbow Child Crystals and Apothecary. Yesterday I came to know that My Pooja Box has been using an image clicked by me for a commercial purpose.
When I messaged them to remove it, they gave an automated reply. I seriously doubt their business ethics, they are a big company with 100k followers and they’re stealing work from a small independent business. How shameful!

Do not buy & read apart from my review
I ordered 10 days before ganeshchatirthi and on app they said they delivered in 4-6 days ! I ordered 8.5k/8 different products! Many are incomplete product (showing 2 products and delivered 1 small) and prize is 1.5k. No one pick up your phone in help line number (Never) you can try before order . Quality are very low . Size showing on app and delivered are very very very different. No revert on mail. Read other people’s reviews too. I read after ordering please read reviews of others also. I made mistake.

Bad service
I had placed order for Ganeshji’s idol and with doubt I selected COD option. After a day i did not receive any dispatch details so i contact with customer care (i have try to call 100 times and 1 call was answered) i came up to know that the dispatch criteria for paid order and COD orders are different. So with disappointment I cancelled the order.

Worst service and product quality
I purchased a ring and bracelet from my pooja box . The ring finishing and quality was pathetic even if we have to return the product we have to pay the courier charges to send the product back and bracelet felt quite good but just after 19 days the bracelet thread was broken worst products and service dont WASTE your money on MY POOJA BOX

I ordered idols and pooja essentials for diwali and within a week it was delivered. If there is anyone who wants pooja items for good price living in Canada or US then pooja box is probably the best option.
Not only the App the company is fraud

- After sending as well they won’t give you your refund amt on time… mine is still pending….
- Don’t go on the pictures and the glamour shown on the app… you get products much cheaper on other apps .. This company is Fraud and a pain if u dislike any of their product…
- Customer service is pathetic.. no resolution or help or even call back given by them.. U get calls only when you add some product in your cart and don’t checkout…

Very bad quality and inconvenient to return
I ordered a few products for my mandir at home. The quality of the products was really bad. The gold plated diya had black spots. The glass cover for the diya was badly cut. When I spoke to their customer care for returns, they asked me to courier to them as they don’t have reverse pick up facility. All in all I had a bad experience plus now I have to go to the courier to return their defective products. I will never recommend them ever.
