View your medical records from all of your doctors in one place. myPortlet lets you access all of your upcoming appointments, view lab results, manage your medications, and keep track of all of your personal medical information from your smartphone. With myPortlet, you can maintain your medical profile and take charge of your care. Our app is integrated with apple health kit to read and write clinical data. Users can manage their and their family’s health information using this app. This app requires access to the camera to take a picture and save it in the app. With your permission, myPortlet can download Clinical Document to HealthKit and you can see it in the Health App. Please note that there is no display of Healthkit data inside our app. MyPortlet app is a source to download clinical documents to health app - the clinical document is a CCDA document applicable to the facility’s EHR.
