Protocol work app
I’ve been using the work app and it’s so easy to use and keeps my working week up to date and my payslips are there to view as well 👍
Can’t log in
Keeps refreshing the app when I try to sign in :/ will update if fixed!
Brilliant app makes life easier
I find the app so much easier to use than the online way of accessing my account . Always have my phone with me so far easier to access on the go than having to log on to the web site . Everything is easy to find . Great addition to my Protocol bookings

I have had the app since it launched.
I like the features however it does often not show my timesheets/ bookings accurately. For example, if I have a change to where I’m working it doesn’t always compute and adjust. Seems to be a few issues like this. Or it seems to have frozen and doesn’t update like on the website.

Rubbish
Won’t even allow me to log in yet no issues when I do it on my laptop. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and same issue every time. Don’t rate at all.

Difficulty logging in
Im new to the app, but I cannot sign in. I’ve registered myself but the app doesn’t let me log in 😐
Can’t login
My login details are correct, they work on the website but when I enter them on the app, it kinda accepts them but sends me straight back ti the signin page again - it behaves differently if I enter an incorrect password or username, so I know that it is not an issue of entering the details incorrectly - please help!

Protocol has good staff welfare but the organization should learn to give the supply staff feedbacks (good or bad) after being sent to any school
If a client gives a negative feedback, it’s best you let the staff know than just quietly sidelining the person or using them as “spare/emergency”
The staff are “nice” over the phone… but I think it’s deceitful not letting one know their short comings so they could work on it.

Very user friendly
Easy to use. It’s really handy to have everything in one place. Good app
Is great, just need couple of adjustments
Maybe you don’t have some features just yet, but been able to see and approve timesheet and payslips from there will be the ideal for me.

Works perfectly
I can look into my account on my phone, change availability or check time sheets. Does what it is for. I'm using it a lot.
