Unable to book a service appointment on this app
Wanted to book a service appointment for 1000km free service but the app just kick user out when i try to select the time, the app just forced quit. Used website to book appointment instead and received email saying will receive call for confirmation, definitely a point PROTON should work on, its time wasting and unclear, maybe make it an live and automation booking system.

Ridiculous Apps Can’t Even Make Booking Properly
Been tried 5 times just to make the service booking , press the date selection ok, apps would kick you out with nothing. Second time luckily get in but when select time and pressed ok it kicked you out again. Are you guys at app developer serious for this lousy apps design to make fun of customer?
Appointment for Service
I’ve tried to booking for appointment via this apps, but, more than 3 times cannot insert the time for service & the apps auto out to home. And I have to call the service centre for booking. No function & not convenient at all to have the apps. Please upgrade better than Perodua apps. Thank you.

What a waste of money, cannot book service appointment. Keep kicking me out of the apps. Even the time booking needs to wait for the customer service to call and reconfirm or adjust the time. Last time on website, they already give available time. What a hassle to make a repetitive process. Lastly, call direct service centre, booked manually. Please read and improved it.

Apps keep crashing
There’s always room for improvement so please upgrade your app to create a seamless experience to book for appointments especially, I have been installing and uninstalling the app so many time just for it to work. I’m having a hard time to book for appointments if it is impossible to upgrade the app then offer the other way for the customers to book for appointments instead.

Not User-Friendly at All
The app is really slow and it's so hard to book an appointment. Every time I try to select a date, the app crashes and exits by itself. The whole point of having this app is to make online bookings easier, but instead, it just makes things more frustrating.
Very bad app function
Whenever i try to set an appointment, the app will automatically closed by itself and i have to do it again so many times.
This app is not efficient to be used yet Proton told the users to use it anyway.
Please fix it by makiny sure the app navigation and overall functions to actually work

Apps keep on crashing
The apps keep on crashing whenever I try to set an appointment date for my car service. In this case there is no point of spending the company money in developing the apps for your consumer when your consumer having bad experiences using the apps, just useless tool. Listen to your customer reviews and improve!

Just remove this app entirely and go back to the website. Website was working perfectly, and then you did this non functional apps. What a waste of money, cannot book service appointment. Took forever to load the app
Never once i am able to login to this app before ever since is downloaded. This app is slower than my grandmother seriously… please do something to fix the loading speed or else im gonna uninstall it from my phone, is wasting my phone storage space only. 😤😤
Nightmare user experience
It’s a good thing that proton have the incentive to make their customer service easier for the user but it turns out to be worst. Why not stick to webapp instead of developing barely functional app. Some of the problem with this apps:
- Super slow and non responsive ui.
- The parts and car spec drop down is a mess. How is this app even get approved for deployment is beyond me.
- if you can’t make some features work fine, don’t bloat your apps with broken features.

It is sad that i cannot book my x70 servicing via this app ! What is happening ?
Keep Crash, and cant login
Unable to log in after registering. I saw reviews stating that after making an appointment, the service advisor (SA) will call you back, but most people mentioned they never received a call. In other words, booking in the app doesn't guarantee your slot will be reserved.
This is so frustrating. Please improve your app. Even the Grab app is a million times better than

what is wrong with this app?
many users have been complaining about the invisible fonts while using dark mode. please do not use invert for dark mode 😭 it is terrible cause users cannot see the white fonts on the white background! even the interface and features are so lousy-looking. the buttons??? whats with the sudden orangey lines at the homepage. you guys might reconsider to re-design the interface and check your app speed cause i have been spending my time more on loading page rather than actual pages. didnt you guys supposed to do the end-user testing before publishing the app? this is so ridiculous for a national-car-brand-level. your app looks like an assignment project for diploma students. wrong at many levels. please fix your app. make it looks trustable and notable.

Not useful at all
1. You can’t use the app on Dark Mode because the text is white on white.
2. You can’t make a booking for a service because the app literally shuts down when you try to select a date & time.
3. UI/UX is so bad, you can accidentally tap on the “book a test drive” button when you’re trying to book a service because everything is at the bottom.
4. Overall, a really unhelpful app to use.

Apps logout itsef
When I go to add MyCar the apps log out itself when I finished filled in car registration number. Seems like there is bug concerning this apps, and I have seen other review also the same. Any action from Proton side, the car brand has improved immensely with new models and technology but the apps still need lot of improvement. Proton please take action.

Half-baked apps, tolong la improve apps ni, asyik crash memanjang, nak service tapi kena booking dulu it’s okay, customers faham, mcm mana nak booking? call SC berhampiran, ada cara lain tak? Pakai apps, wow canggih! Tapi apps mcm sampah, nak register kereta, crash! Nak update? Not available update for this moment? Is there any good for next update? Nope, can’t see it for the moment, kalau rasa tak cukup power lagi team IT tu baik tak payah buat, back to oldschool methods, call for the booking or walk through the SC for services.

Please improve apps to be more convenient
It always kicked me off from the apps when trying to select date and time. So hard to navigate this apps.
How come I want to check how much I need to pay for every mileage compared the one SC suggested when I unable to enter all the information ????

Apps crash
Initially the reason for downloading this apps was to make an appointment for my car service, but somehow it went crash/ kill switch everytime I tap on the service button. If the service provider unable to provides and maintaining this apps, it is as good as you remove this app from Appstore/ Playstore once and for all. Such a hassle for your customers. All the comments/ feedback from your customers are just a comment to you, no action or even a response from your side to overcome the matters.
