MyPulse is a wellness tracker that allows you to instantly measure your heart rate using your iPhone camera. It also helps you track Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and stress levels, visualize your pulse trends over time, and build healthy habits with smart reminders.
To measure your pulse, ensure your fingers are warm and then fully cover the camera lens and flashlight with your fingertip. Press gently, as excessive pressure can affect accuracy. The app uses this to provide an instant BPM reading.
No, MyPulse is not a medical app and is not intended for medical use. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is designed for general wellness, fitness, and stress awareness only. For any health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
MyPulse requires iOS 15.0 or later. Integration with Apple Health is recommended for a more comprehensive overview of your wellness data across devices.
MyPulse offers a free trial to explore all features. For unlimited access to heart rate, stress, HRV, and wellness tracking, a subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected plan.
