Data is not updating
I don’t know whether it is app’s problem or GPS problem in Bike but data of My ride is not updating at all it stuck after a month when I purchased bike all my 5000₹ was waste with this app. They forcefully made me purchase the subscription. Really worse app and worse tech.

Poor quality app
The app stops working on its own. Logs out on its own. Does not send OTP most of the times. The distance travelled mentioned on the bike and on the app is different. Looks like the developers of the app are the same ones who work at the service center, the ones least bothered about customers and providing service to them!

You have to update some bugs and features
Bugs- in app showing 0% charge even bike is full charge, voice command not working properly,, some time mobile not connected even mobile nearby the bike, so please fix the bugs, some time i disappointed…..
Updatation : hazard light switch not come with. Bike but please provide in app as a switch or screen…

Till now its the best best bike but when i got my hardware update my revolt bike become the best electric bike.i have previously used hero electric scooter but this bike is best ever

Clock is to be included in the monitor
For iOS app can be improved drastically and it is not that hard to implement as well. You have to add that swipe to start feature.
But apart from that if the app can show howmany kilometres bike can go with that charging that would be super awesome! For me the GPS doesn't even work so please fix that too.
You can also add home and lock screen widgets showing up the charging percentages for the bike or how many kilometres it can go to. You have built amazing bike but you gotta fix this trashy

There is no 0 rating option available else i would have given it 0 rating. Such a worse app experience. App doesn’t get latest ride updates always, app lags, such a pathetic testing team they have, 0 customer support, very bad RSA service, bad service team and service experience. You name all bad things, revolt is the company. Swipe to start feature is coming from last 2 years. Why to announce if you can’t deliver the feature on time.

Need to improve much in app
1.Need to update the app.
2.Need refresh option on application so it will save time to get the correct data.

200% Useless and Ridiculous App Support
1. App last updated on 21st Sep 2022
2. Kms on odo is 9300 but on app is 8241
3. App never connects to the server after an app update and fails to login
4. App support for ios devices are utterly poor.
5. No swipe start option given even after 3-4 years of launching the bike.
6. GPS never shows accurate location.
Bike Problems:
1. Once, immobiliser damaged in the mid road while riding the bike.
2. At times, speed on ODO fluctuates like anything.
3. Twice vehicle got stopped, after few minutes it started again without doing anything. So not reliable.
4. Belt drive gives a kind of noise when the is slowing down or almost stopping the vehicle, you will think that someone hit you from behind.
5. ……….Much more are there, I’ll continue writing them next time.

Need improvement
App server always internal error, solve problem asap, oct 1,2022 app last worked, need proper working app and swipe on/off update in app, app not work condition that dates counted and will provide extend app subscription date also. problem will not solve before oct 12,2022, then please refund ₹5000 + interest in all RV owners.

Terrible app. Full of inconsistency and unavailable features.
The app never connects to my bike when I want it to. It has 4 features on the homescreen, none of them works. It just shows the ride stats and calls itself a smart AI powered bike. Completely misleading, full of false claims. One of the most terrible apps I have used and the product as well as customer service is terrible.

Even after a month of having the bike I can’t log in this app.
Sound Changing Issue
I can’t able to change the sound. Not even getting connected to the soundbox. Had inquired about in showroom but they are saying it’s an issue and we donno when it’s gonna get resolved.
Not working in full form
Only charge percentage is displayed. No other features available with this app. Highly annoying. Needs an update with full functionality of this app as android users. Improve the app so that the registered owner may use this app as a virtual remote key to lock, unlock and start/stop the bike in absence of the remote key with high security in case of an emergency. Expecting very shortly.

Need to improve App support
App support has to be improved and updated for all the features which the company promised. The company had mentioned app as a main feature so it should work on the regular update of the app or else it be spoil the brands name if many start pointing out that.
