I love a lot but need help!

I love this game with all my heart, but for some reason it won't let me play any ads to unlock items? If anyone could reach out to help, that would be greatly appreciated because I love this game and it breaks my heart to see it not working. The devs worked very hard and don't want to have to deal with glitches yet they still do. Hope it gets fixed!

If you are using a VPN or DNS setting, please try turning it off and check again. On iPhone, changing Screen Time web content restrictions to unrestricted has also helped in some cases.
