App does not work
App does not connect to bike…. Not worth having until problem is resolved

Basic connectivity works less that 10% of the time, even though I’ve been through the registration process, added my bike via vin and attempt to connect each time I restart the bike!

Inconsistent & unreliable
We are in tech world and Yamaha can’t seem to do tech. Shamefully unreliable.
Useless
Tried to use with a brand new 2026 Tenere World Raid and it connects once. Then never again. Doesn’t log anything either.

Connexion Bluetooth instable avec Ténéré 700 World Raid 2026
J’ai une Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid 2026 et la connexion Bluetooth avec l’application ne fonctionne pas correctement.
J’ai bien fait l’appairage depuis l’application avec le QR code de la CCU sous la selle. La moto se connecte, puis se déconnecte et se reconnecte en boucle. La connexion ne reste jamais stable, donc l’application devient inutilisable.
J’ai déjà essayé de supprimer l’appairage, oublier l’appareil Bluetooth, réinstaller l’application et refaire toute la procédure, mais le problème continue.
Téléphone utilisé : iPhone 17 Pro Max sous iOS 26.5.1.
Merci de corriger ce problème ou de proposer une mise à jour compatible avec les dernières versions iOS.

BUG connections !!
Bonne application en soit, très prometteuse. Je la découvre depuis peu, permet d’enregistrer ces sorties et donner de la machine, permet aussi et très pratique, de faire ces réglages moteur, contrôle électronique et surtout de régler précisément ces amortisseurs en fessants plusieurs setting différent.
Par contre, je rencontre des difficultés à connecter mon téléphone iPhone 16 plus à ma Tracer 9 GT 2026. Disfonction et déconnection du Bluetooth et wifi régulier, perte du trajet enregistré, ne répertorie pas les données de la machine convenablement, et surtout ne donne pas la bonne position de la machine !!
Je ne doute pas que les techniciens de chez Yamaha vont travailler sur le problème et corriger les BUG… Merci pour le travail effectué.

Doesn’t record my rides. Was fixed but only temporarily.

Il est impossible d’avoir la connexion automatique il faut se reconnecter à chaque fois avec le Bluetooth.

Funktioniert wieder mit Version 6.2.4
Danke an die Entwickler. Seit dem Update auf Version 6.2.4 funktioniert bei mir die App endlich wieder. Allerdings hat mein Krad kein Bluetooth, ich nutze die App ohne Fahrzeugkopplung zur Fahrtaufzeichnung.

Worst app ever
I tried everything I just brought the bike it doesn’t connect and I’m tech savvy Yamaha needs to revamp this app immediately
No connection
I tried everything to get the bike to connect to app. I started with making sure there was a solid connection, then tried “ forgetting” the Bluetooth and re adding. Second I re downloaded the app and then started the app first then turned the bike to on but not running the engine. Third I disconnected the battery for about 15 mins and tried both re downloading the app and re adding the Bluetooth as well as making sure the sequence was app running then moto to on. I checked my phone settings to “ app always running and tried multiple settings g changing in Google Maps including disabling google assist. I searched online and tried everything I could for an at home reset. I updated to iOS 26.4 which I read is a big issue. It was connecting prior to the update with minimal issue. After trying all the above it would connect but immediately drop. So that’s resetting the moto via the battery, resetting the app including manually adding VIN and QR scan on CCU.

Spyware? Perhaps!
The developer wants you at give the app access to your location all the time. There is no reason whatsoever for this app needing access to my location all the time. No way in hell! “While using the app” is the best they’ll get from me.

He intentado con 2 iPhone y cada vez que apago la moto y vuelvo a encender no se enlazan, tengo que ir ajuste, olvidar dispositivo y volver q enlazar, con android si funciona perfectamente

Da circa un mese, si verifica un malfunzionamento persistente: utilizzando un iPhone 15 Plus
aggiornato all’ultima versione di iOS, la connessione Bluetooth tra lo scooter e l’app cade quasi immediatamente,
rendendo di fatto impossibile l’utilizzo del servizio.
A tal proposito, segnalo di aver già effettuato diversi tentativi di risoluzione, tra cui:
• aggiornamento dell’app MyRide all’ultima versione disponibile;
• aggiornamento del sistema operativo iOS;
• disinstallazione e reinstallazione dell’applicazione;
• disaccoppiamento e successivo riaccoppiamento del dispositivo con lo scooter, ripetendo l’intera procedura di configurazione.

Very Bad/from Türkiye
Everyone has written the same complaint, but it seems the program devolopers don’t care at all. Besides the constant connection drops, the program has also stopped saving trips. A software company/team working for such a big motorcycle company shouldn’t be this mediocre. Instead of a simple “we have received your comment, we are looking into it” response I would like to see more tangible solutions to the problems. Hopefully…
