Needs updating
This app has been a great help until the last week or so. It's not loading even when I uninstall and reinstall. It's working better in a web browser!

Doesn’t work.
It doesn’t work with the IOS 17 update. All you get is a black screen when you pull the app up. Please fix. Thanks.
Timing and stops are often wrong
I ride the bus often with my kids. Three times in the last month the stop listed on this app has been wrong and the bus just passes us by.
Everyone complains about low ridership. I’m here, committed to making the bus work, but it’s so incredibly frustrating when not even the app works the way Metro says it will. Want more riders? Provide a reliable service. Right now it’s not.
Of the 20 plus cities I’ve used public transit in. This system is the worst.

Complete hot garbage
Absolutely useless. Definitely developed by the lowest bidder and people who would never actually be using the app. Does not do one useful thing.
