App crashes immediately every time it is launched, so…🤷🏻♂️ #useless
Mobile key doesn’t work
I downloaded the app, got checked in and the key doesn’t work, luckily my wife’s key works most of the time. Very inconvenient, please fix.
Useless App
Completely useless to use as a room key or to check in. It never works… 3-4 years of trying to use it and it’s worthless.
Great Idea
Loved being able to check in completely contact free. Was super easy to create access for the members of my party as well
Unfortunate
The app worked as my room key for half of my stay, then quit working altogether. It never once worked correctly for ANY of the amenities or other access it claimed to be good for.
Seems useless
Attempted to use at check in. Our room was on the 16th floor which required a frequent stop lengthy elevator ride up. The digital keys simply wouldn’t work. After another lengthy ride back down to the lobby to obtain physical keys and another ride back up 16 floors to the room I am deleting this app. What a waste of time.

Mobile Keys Don’t Work App Horribly Glitchy
App is a glorified resort guide. None of the functionality works. Mobile room keys never worked and glitched out upon check in. Advice from the desk blanked out our check in and rendered the app useless.

I received a key for somebody else. Dangerous
Terrible app - doesn’t work
We got mobile keys to work on all but one phone so we had to get physical keys, which then cancelled out all functionality of the app. It’s glitchy and totally pointless in my opinion.
