Has a very limited database you can send an email ask them to add all your meds that they don’t have in their database, but no way to just add it for tracking. Even if you pay for the pro version.

I am unable to go back and look at what I took, and the times that I took it from previous days and that is most frustrating to me. Also, I cannot delete medication’s as I see fit.. It is very frustrating.
Doesn’t work
It kicks me out every time I try to sign in. Then it deleted my profile. Now I can’t sign in. I’ve had to recreate my profile multiple times. This is my medication information and I’m not even sure it’s secure. Do not use this app, there are better ones.
App crashes
I had the app for a while and was working ok, first it started to freeze then my medications disappear from the app, now it won’t take my sign in.
Missing a lot of popular supplements
This app was useless for me because it’s missing so many generic supplement and brands. For example, I couldn’t find Nutrafol or generic cod liver oil.

Major Interaction MISSED COMPLETELY
Tried putting in St. John’s Wort along with an SSRI to see if it would flag the interaction and it was checked off clear. There is a MAJOR drug interaction between these two that can induce serotonin syndrome, which can be fatal or result in coma, seizures, or hallucinations. One miss like this makes it impossible to trust this app. Love the UI, even if the barcode scanner doesn’t really work, but this oversight is upsetting. Drugs.com’s app picked up on that and all other interactions I know of immediately—I will be using that instead thanks.

Excellent app for keeping track of medications, medication interactions, etc.
Powerful app
Drug information is very detailed. Really like the interface and all the different medication warnings. Very easy to input new drugs using the camera or keyboard.

Doesn't work
What's the purpose of such an app if it "does not recognize" the bar codes that it scans? IMO, a waste of my time for what someday might emerge into a useful app.
Does not recognise any medication from bar code
I have scanned the bar code from 15 medications, prescription and over-the-counter, and it doesn't find any of them. Always responds "this bar code was not recognized"
New user
I have had several friends who experienced severe drug interactions, with one ending up hospitalized. I also have a senior mom who takes a multitude of medications. Myrxprofile app can manage my mom's medications and check for interactions. Seems easy to use.
